What you can expect from Adult Services at CGFS:

  • A thorough assessment of your concerns and symptoms 

  • To see a trained therapist who uses evidence-based skills such as Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy 

  • To learn effective skills to manage your feelings and concerns while receiving support and encouragement as you progress 

  • To be treated with respect and care, and to be an active participant in treatment planning and skill development 

  • To receive help with referrals if additional resources are needed
